This image is of a letter, written to the a local celebrity in Whitechapel, London named George Lusk. Lusk was the head of the Whitechapel Vigilance Committee. He received the letter on October 16th, 1888. Jack the Ripper Scholars believe it is the only genuine letter written by the killer.

The English and grammar is poor, as would be a man growing up and living in the slum of Whitechapel.

The fascinating thing about this image, is that I can use this as Target Reference Material in a Remote Viewing Session. This will allow me to gather psychic data about the author and determine whether he was a killer or simply a hoaxer. If he is the killer, than I can work my way backwards, so to speak and gather psychic data about Jack the Ripper himself.
